Q. What is the minimum age to take part
?
A. 8 years old due to the military style laser taggers.
Q. What are the minimum and maximum number of participants?
A. Minimum of 10, maximum number is dependant on event organised.
Q. Can Adults and children take part together in the missions?
A. Yes, mixed groups are very welcome.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. Yes, to secure your booking you will need to pay a 50% deposit.
Q. When do I have to pay the balance?
A. On the day, cash or cheque sorry no cards.
Q. Do I have to pay for any extras on the day?
A. No all our packages are inclusive, with no hidden extras.
Q. Can I just turn up without booking?
A. No all sessions need to be pre-booked.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Old clothes and suitable footwear for outdoor conditions.
Q. Is food and drink provided?
A. Yes, hot food and complimentary drinks are included with all
bookings.
Q. What if the weather is poor?
A. Unless the weather conditions are deemed
hazardous by our staff, then rain does not stop play, group organisers
will be informed as soon as possible in case of unsafe conditions.
Q. Do i have to stay to watch my children?
A. Yes, at least two
adults must
stay with the group, depending on group size. There is seating overlooking the game arenas and and complimentary
drinks are available.
Q. Is there car and coach parking?
A. Yes, free parking and hard standing for
coaches.
Q.Can I bring a Birthday Cake?
A. Yes, by all means, however the staff may judge its appearance!
