Q. What is the minimum age to take part ?
A. 8 years old due to the military style laser taggers.
Q. What are the minimum and maximum number of participants?
A. Minimum of 10, maximum number is dependant on event organised but for 2 hour events it is 30 players.
Q. Can adults and children take part together in the missions?
A. Yes, mixed groups are very welcome.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. Yes, to secure your booking you will need to pay a 50% deposit.
Q. When do I have to pay the balance?
A. On the day, by cash or cheque. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept any card payments.
Q. Do I have to pay for any extras on the day?
A. There are no hidden costs. Optional extras will be discussed and booked beforehand, for example food and vehicle rides if required. There are drinks available for purchase, and our shop selling military clothing.
Q. Can I just turn up without booking?
A. No, all sessions need to be pre-booked unless advertised on the News page.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Old clothes and footwear suitable for outdoor activities and weather conditions are essential. Wet weather gear is not provided.
Q. Is food and drink provided?
A. Complimentary drinks are included with all bookings, and hot food can be pre-booked for an additional charge.
Q. What happens in bad weather?
A. Unless the weather conditions are deemed hazardous by our staff, then rain does not stop play. Group organisers will be informed as soon as possible in the event of unsafe conditions.
Q. Do I have to stay to supervise my children?
A. Yes, all children on site must be supervised. Although players will also be supervised by staff, at least two adults must stay on site.
Q. Is there somewhere I can sit and watch the games?
A. Yes, there is undercover seating adjacent to the game areas and complimentary drinks are available.
Q. Is there car and coach parking?
A. Yes, free parking and hard standing for coaches.
Q.Can I bring a Birthday Cake?
A. Yes, by all means; however, the staff may rate its originality and appearance!
